If you’re in need of plumbing services, look no further. When I found out @ 7:00am on a Wednesday that my incoming water line was leaking at my basement wall, I didn’t have anyone in mind. Never really needed the services of a plumber before. And because we’ve been struggling with our finances, both my wife and I were anxious.

We left it up to God, did a quick internet search and found Ace was located near where we live. I called at 8:15 and got Joe, who said he would come to the house in about 30 minutes. He and his mechanic showed up, assessed the situation, gave us honest options, and gave us a FAIR price. We made a gentleman’s agreement, acknowledging that if they encountered something different than what we both presumed below grade, the price would have to adjust. He said he’d have someone out THE NEXT DAY at 9:00am to start. He even gave us some hydraulic grout to temporarily patch around the pipe until they could show up.
The next morning at 9:00am, Joe and his mechanics/apprentices began had to excavate a hole – thru clay!! – by hand!! – 3′ wide x 5′ long x 7′ deep!!! Because of this unknown, it took them 2 days to perform the work instead of the 1 day Joe felt it would take. Not only were they diligent, careful, neat, and professional, they were courteous and friendly in every respect to my wife and family [and dogs]while they did the work,. And they did NOT take advantage of us because of the unknown condition.

Nothing else to say. ACE Plumbing is now our plumber as long as we live in Baltimore County!

Ace Plumbing just finished our second bathroom remodel, and as before, the experience was terrific! Joe and his sons are so professional, friendly and respectful even when we throw them curveballs. They clean up completely when they're finished, and their attention to detail is second to none. Their rates are very reasonable also.

Joe provided excellent service to us when we needed our water heater replaced. I could not be more pleased with Joe's responsiveness and thoroughness. Joe was very knowledgeable when recommending a new water heater and also added an mixing valve. With a full household no one complains anymore of taking a cold shower. Ace Plumbing's Rates are very reasonable as well. I will definitely contact Ace Plumbing again in the future.

We renovated our kitchen and powder room and Joe Bahr of Ace Plumbing was our plumber. He was efficient, timely, professional in his knowledge of plumbing. Also, we needed some drain repair on a tub and he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it.
Overall, I truly have the highest regard for Joe, his personal demeanor and professionalism are unmatched.

Excellent service! Joe solved a plumbing issue that has plagued us for the past two years. We previously had two other companies unable to fix it. Our shower on the first floor would have food come up when we turned the garbage disposal on. One day it backed up with water. The previous company cleared the clog but didn't address the problem. It backed up again a mere few months later. Joe came in and figured out right away the basement pipes weren't sloped at all. Food from the garbage disposal would get caught and not flush through. I had him look at our kitchen sink because it would leak occasionally. He filled the sink and let the stopper out revealing where it was coming from. The other two companies said it was fine and there was no evidence of a leak! Joe fixed every issue extremely fast and was thorough. The pricing is very reasonable too. Much lower than the other 2 plumbers who didn't even fix the problem. So if you're looking for an honest and well experienced plumber, look no further! Your wallet will thank you too!
